Amalgam Potentials

Readings of electrical potentials in mercury amalgam dental fillings measured in vivo by Jack Levenson of the Brompton Dental Clinic, London (The patient's name has been removed from the facsimile of the document).

The measurements indicated are as follows:

Upper Right 4, 5, 7: 130mV, 70mV, 140mV

Upper Left 4, 6, 7: 60mV, 240mV, 200mV

Lower Right 5, 6, 7: 130mV, 200mV, 100mV

Lower Left 5, 6, 7: 130mV, 260mV, 260mV

(mV – millivolts, e.g. 200mV = 0.2 volts)
